Pu-erh tea — or pu'er tea — is a unique type of fermented tea that's traditionally from China. It is considered to be a pro-biotic.
Caffeine: Naturally occurring caffeine
Steeping: Pu’erh teas require hot water, be sure to bring water to a boil. Once water has been brought to a boil, pour over tea. Remove tea bag or ball after 3-5 minutes.
